1.4 Publishing and booking experiences
Each organizer is responsible for the information published (dates, prices, requirements, images). Clanazoo does not guarantee that each experience will take place and assumes no liability for incidents arising from them.
1.5 Payments and cancellations
When payment methods are integrated, they will be processed by trusted third‑party providers. Cancellation and refund policies will be set by each organizer and shown in the experience description.
1.6 Prohibited conduct
It is forbidden to publish false, offensive, discriminatory content or content that infringes third‑party rights. Clanazoo may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
1.7 Intellectual property
Clanazoo’s logo, brand, and materials belong to its owner. Users retain rights over the content they generate, granting Clanazoo a limited license to display it on the platform.

5.2 Responsibility
The organizer is responsible for the safety and the experience of the participants during the activity. Clanazoo is not a party to the contract between organizers and participants.
5.3 Communication and support
Any dispute or operational issue can be reported to legal@clanazoo.com, who will act as a mediator.

6.1 Payment methods
